Whereas, the South Indians have a thing for sunflower oil and they have a lesser liking towards mustard oil and soybean oil.
India is highly dependent on groundnut oil dealers because the country is the largest consumer as well as the producer of edible oils and fats globally. India also takes pride in being the largest edible oil importer.
